Emotional Components

I was introduced to a tapping system that was made well known by a northern California psychiatrist. The process involved tapping various pressure points. I was taught how to do the process by a client and I was amazed at the results.
I had lost my fiancé to a heart attack and the emotional repercussions were devastating. I used the tapping process to decrease the level of emotional pain I was experiencing. It made me feel nearly neutral. It lasted for several hours and I kept repeating the process.
In the years since I have used the tapping process, Emotional Freedom Technique for emotional and physical pain, on myself and on others as well. At one point I walked on a broken leg for four days thinking it was only sprained because I could walk on it. It was broken in three places.
