I couldn’t figure out why I felt so much more intense than my brothers and sister about our family history. I was at the doctor’s office one day the nurse told me about her friend who was going to do a Past Life Regression session and she invited me to her home to be a part of the session.
She told me her friend used hypnotherapy and she had experienced several insightful sessions. I was excited about attending as I’m always very curious about these different processes. Some work, some don’t, but I’ll never know from my own personal experience unless I participate.
There had been an issue with my mother which was very unsettling. Ever since the time I was four years old she had told me I wouldn’t have been born if my father hadn’t wanted a boy. They would have had enough food, decent clothing, furniture and cars if I hadn’t been born. This in particular was why I had such difficulty in letting go of the animosity I had towards my mother.
I waited until the other eight people had had their sessions and finally Audrey turned to me and said “I’ve been waiting for you!”
“Uh oh!” I thought. It wasn’t the first time I had Psychics, Readers and Therapists tell me they had expectations about our sessions.
